If you wish to replace the fragrance with another scent from the same collection
If there was an error in the delivered order

Third: Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products
Products with removed original packaging
Fragrances that have been misused or damaged after delivery

Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours
Once approved, the return or exchange will be arranged based on the case
